DELIVERY: Choose your delivery date at checkout — that’s when your rental starts and your items arrive.Your first month’s payment is taken upfront, then billed monthly on the same date. UK delivery is £7.95.
We offer next day delivery if the item is booked before ??am. Need an item quicker than that? Ping us an email and we are happy to see if we can help!
RETURNS: Ready to return? Just hit ‘cancel’ in your account or email us at returns@kidikit.com.We’ll send you a QR code or returns label to book your return.
Once we know your parcel is on its way to us, we’ll pause the payments for ?? days. When your parcel arrives, we’ll stop your payments and get it thoroughly cleaned, checked, and ready for its next family.
Pick your preferred delivery date at checkout — we’ll deliver your items on that day and your rental officially starts then. Your first payment is taken upfront, and after that, we’ll bill you monthly on the same date. Delivery is just £7.95 anywhere in the UK and we cover the cost of the return.

Once your item’s back with us, we’ll stop your payments and get it thoroughly cleaned, checked and ready for its next family.
We know life with little ones can get messy — everyday wear and tear (like a few scratches or light marks) is absolutely fine.
If something gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, we may charge the replacement value. If it’s repairable but the fix costs more than £20, we may pass on the repair cost. That said, it’s very unlikely. We only rent out high quality, durable items that are kid-ready!
We get it — sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. That’s exactly why we built Kidikit: to make trying something new simple and stress-free.
If you'd like to swap an item, just email us at returns@kidikit.com. We’ll update your rental as soon as your original item gets back to us, and there’s just a £7.95 shipping fee for the new delivery.
Absolutely. Because if we wouldn’t use it for our own kids, we wouldn’t expect you to either.
Renting baby essentials is completely safe when you partner with Kidit. Every single item we send out goes through a rigorous quality check and deep clean before it reaches your family.
We carefully inspect each piece for visible damage — like cracks, tears or loose parts — and we test all the key functions (think brakes, wheels, recliners) to make sure everything works smoothly.
For cleaning, we only use baby-safe sanitising products to clean and sterilise. Top to bottom — no harsh chemicals, just safe, gentle hygiene that gives you total peace of mind.
